A Mediterranean lifestyle expert, she is passionate about connecting people to authentic ingredients and the farmers and traditions behind them. Through her work, she brings global food stories to life, helping others experience flavor in a deeper, more meaningful way.
She is also a devoted mom to three beautiful children, balancing entrepreneurship, storytelling, and family with heart and purpose.
Nixie
Social Media Manager & Sound DesignerNixie is a social media manager and sound designer working across Olive Oil Flights and If This Food Could Talk. She focuses on content, social media, and overall brand direction, helping translate ideas into clear and engaging narratives. She enjoys building concepts that feel both intentional and creative.

Sarah
Podcast Research AssistantSarah is a third-year History student at the University of Virginia. As an intern for If This Food Could Talk, her responsibilities include reviewing pitches from PR agencies, conducting deep-dive research on potential guests and topics, and preparing engaging interview questions for Claudia. Sarah also contributes to marketing and outreach by pitching Claudia as a guest on other podcasts, overseeing guest communications, and creating social media content.
Sarah's favorite Olive Oil Flights olive oil is the Greek Clementine Koroneiki, which she believes pairs great with vanilla ice cream, chocolate cake, and other sweets! In her free time, Sarah loves to play the piano.
Kelly
Marketing & Communications CreatorKelly is one of the Marketing Interns at Olive Oil Flights, where she works on newsletters, content creation, outreach, marketing research, and developing resources such as tasting guides. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is the mission behind the company—after just one conversation with Claudia, it becomes clear that Olive Oil Flights is about much more than olive oil, encompassing everything from production and sourcing to truly understanding how to taste and appreciate it.
While she enjoys all of the oils offered, the Picual is her personal favorite and holds a special place in her heart. Outside of school and work, Kelly enjoys experimenting with new recipes, crafting, and discovering hidden gems at local thrift stores.
Arrianne
Software DeveloperArrianne is the developer behind Olive Oil Flights’ website, where she designs intuitive layouts and continuously enhances the online customer experience, helping grow and scale the business. As a computer science student at the University of Virginia and a self-proclaimed foodie, Arrianne is passionate about combining technology and creativity to share high-quality olive oils with a global audience.
Outside of building and refining the website, Airy loves traveling and keeping up with whatever TV series she’s currently hooked on. She also enjoys spending time with her cat, Guppy—tap the image to reveal him!
Jay
Marketing & Communications CreatorJay is the other Marketing Intern at Olive Oil Flights, helping compose marketing and product outreach materials through newsletters, press releases, and social media content, as well as helping with national and global retail expansion. The absolute best part of this position for Jay is getting to learn the intricacies of olive oil that he never knew about through his time with product analysis and deep personal research on the sourcing, production, and different varietals of olive oil.
Jay's favorite Olive Oil Flights oil is the Picual; as someone who cooks steak regularly, he believes the peppery kick of Picual really complements grilled meat. Outside of school, Jay can be found at the recreation center hitting a few badminton rallies.
