This is a truly special tasting experience. Our Levant Flight is a 250 ml trio that celebrates the ancient, shared culinary traditions of the beautiful, ancient Levant. These special extra virgin olive oils are sourced from sustainable producers using harvesting methods that are thousands of years old. They are passionate about the olive oils, their shared culture, and having people taste the abundant sunshine of these fertile lands. 

• Lebanese Sourani: Crafted from the world's most ancient cultivar and still made using traditional stone-pressing , this mild oil has lovely notes of pine nuts and fresh grass. It’s a must drizzled over creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, or swirled onto cool labneh with warm pita.

• Israeli Organic Barnea: This wonderfully delicate and fresh extra virgin olive oil presents subtle, fruity notes of green apple and apricot. Let its brightness shine over grilled fish or herb-roasted chicken. Our favorite tip? Drizzle it over vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of sea salt for a buttery, dreamy dessert.

• Palestinian Nablus: One of the oldest cultivars in the world, the Nablus is a prized olive. The Nablus is remarkably aromatic with a soft, nutty flavor and packed with antioxidants. This is a finishing oil, so don't cook with it! Drizzle it over fresh salad greens, soft cheeses , or over scrambled eggs for an antioxidant power punch to start your day.
